So, you are interested in Service Desk Certification and want to know how to get started. Here are some useful tips to set you on the road to achieving Certified Service Desk status in your organisation.
- Read and familiarise yourself with the Service Desk Certification Standards pdf. Get together with your colleagues to plan how you could use the standards within your organisation.
- Take our free online self-assessment tool to evaluate your organisation against the standards. Complete this selection of simple questions based on the full certification audit to quickly discover your service desk maturity; identifying areas and methods for improvement as you work through it.
- Investigate your assessment route. In order for your organisation to be recognised as achieving Service Desk Certification you must be successfully assessed against the standard by one of our licensed certification auditors.
